FAQ

Common questions

What is Filmlume?

Filmlume is an AI video generator and short-film maker. You describe what you want in a few sentences and it makes an image, a single moving shot, or a whole short film with several scenes, consistent characters, narration, dialogue and sound. You see the plan and the exact price before anything is made.

How do I make a video with AI on Filmlume?

Create a free account, choose Image, Quick video or Story video, and write what should happen. Pick a quality, the sound you want and a speed, check the price, and press Generate. Videos usually take a few minutes; you can follow the progress and download the MP4 when it is ready.

Do I need video editing skills?

No. Filmlume plans the scenes, draws each one, animates them, adds the sound and joins everything into one video file. You can review and edit the plan in plain words before it renders, but you never need an editor or a timeline.

Is there a free trial?

Every new account gets a small free credit, enough to try images and a short video. After that you buy credit packs; there is no subscription.

What makes Filmlume different from other AI video generators?

Three things: long films (Story videos up to 10 minutes, where most tools stop at a few seconds), low prices with no subscription (you see the exact price first and failed runs are refunded), and high quality up to 1080p with consistent characters, lip-synced dialogue, narration and sound.

How do I contact Filmlume support?

Email support@filmlume.com or filmlumesupport@gmail.com, or use the contact page. A person answers, usually within one working day.

What can I make with Filmlume?

Short films and stories, product videos, social media reels and shorts, trailers, explainer scenes, music-free mood pieces, animated photos, concept art and posters. Anything you can describe in a few sentences, as long as it follows the content policy.

What is the difference between Quick video and Story video?

Quick video turns one image (your photo, or one Filmlume draws from your words) into a single continuous moving shot of up to a minute. Story video is a short film of up to ten minutes: Filmlume writes a plan of scenes, keeps your characters and places consistent from scene to scene, adds sound, and joins it all together.
